  • Payment Information: Processed and stored by Stripe (we do not store credit card numbers)

When you access our Platform, we automatically collect:

  • Device Information: IP address, browser type, operating system
  • Usage Data: Pages visited, time spent, clickstream data
  • Cookies: Small data files stored on your device (see Cookie Policy below)

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information for:

  • Service Delivery: Processing bookings, facilitating payments, managing events
  • Communication: Sending booking confirmations, event updates, important notices
  • Platform Improvement: Analyzing usage patterns, fixing bugs, developing new features

4.1 With Event Organizers

When you book a table, we share your vendor information (name, email, phone, business name) with the event organizer to facilitate the booking.

4.2 With Service Providers

We share information with third-party service providers:

  • Stripe: Payment processing (subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy)
  • Supabase: Database and authentication services
  • Vercel: Hosting and deployment

4.3 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or to protect our rights, property, or safety.

4.4 Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred to the acquiring entity.

4.5 With Your Consent

  • Secure authentication via Supabase
  • Row-level security policies in our database

Our Platform is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected information from a child, we will take steps to delete it.
